History/ why we do this:

October 25th, 2012: Hurricane Sandy made landfall in Sea Isle City, New Jersey. No one knew it yet, but this would be a storm to compare to Katrina. The worse scenario happened.3 days before I predicted that it would be catastrophic. I was able to do that with the knowledge and education I had on meteorology; in addition to several formulas I developed to better track and forecast storms. Due to those events My Philly Weather Service was created. It was realized that big name weather companies were not accurate enough to keep us informed. Many don't have the "local knowledge" about how fast conditions can change in Philadelphia. During the September of 2013 My Philly Weather Service went online. Our goal is simple. Our goal is to serve you in addition to provide accurate forecasts that will keep people safe and ready to brave the storm.

What we are doing now
  •   Designing of specialty weather equipment such as "probes"
  • Analysis of past weather events to determine future outcomes
  • Analysis of global warming/ climate change's effect on the weather
  • Analysis of studies from private institutions and government institutions
  •  Creation of special weather prediction formulas
To sum it up:                                                                                     Our goal is to not relay forecasts from the “big weather companies,” but make our own instead. We use both new and old technology to give you the most accurate forecasts. You being safe, that's all we want.

 What are our goals?

We have a few simple goals that a lot of weather services don't have.
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the public
  • Free forecasts to the public
  • Become a household name
  • Be a innovator weather organization when it comes to research.
  • No misleading information
  • No hype to get us views

Thank you for your support,                                                   your friends and personal forecasters at My Philly Weather Service.
